　　(1) 坚守工作岗位，严格执行锅炉房的各项规章制度、精心操作，确保锅炉的安全运行。上岗人员应该对锅炉的结构、性能和操作方法有深刻的了解并持司炉操作证，才能进行独立操作。

　　(2)当班人员要严格遵守劳动纪律，不迟到、不早退、不做与工作无关的`事，不得擅自离开工作岗位、不得违章操作。

　　(3)在工作时间内，司炉工应集中思想，注意仪表，负责进行起火、停炉、换水等操作，随时注意控制台工作仪表变化，监视压力表、水位表，观察锅炉运行情况。出现问题及时报告处理，对安全器械保护装置，煤斗、大小孔门、吸灰器及各挡板位置，认真进行检查及维护锅炉的保养工作。

　　(4)经常检查岗位职责内的各项工作，及时发现问题，及时汇报并处理问题；重点注意锅炉的运行情况,以及热水的供给。

　　1、微型燃气轮机总体性能设计与优化；

　　2、微型燃气轮机部件性能参数的.协调和匹配性研究；

　　3、微型燃气轮机变工况设计与分析。

　　任职要求：

　　技能要求/专业水平：

　　1、热能与动力工程、航空发动机等专业、硕士以上学历优先；

　　2、具备航空发动机、微型燃气轮机总体性能设计工作经验者有限；

　　3、熟悉至少一种热平衡设计工具；

　　4、具备热能相关的编程和软件开发能力。

　　薪资结构：月固定薪资+项目奖金

　　初级工程师固定薪资：起薪8000元/月，成绩优异的一本本科应届毕业生

　　中级工程师固定薪资：起薪15000元/月，须有三年以上项目经验

　　under guidance，direction and general supervision，sets—up，operates test equipment and conducts specific and routine tests；disassembles and assembles test samples；records technical data，drafts reports，acts as an assistant in complex or unusual tests，under guidance from senior staff；maintains good housekeeping at all times。

　　preferred education &experience：

　　associates degree in mechanical & electrical engineering technology，hvac or related

　　2—3 years of related experience，experience in third party is a plus

　　practical knowledge of working with test and measurement instruments and equipment；worked in gas product such as bbq，gas heater，gas fire pit is priority。

　　ability to work independently and unsupervised，in a team—based work environment

　　must be able to read，interpret and develop engineering drawings and test data。

　　ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting promised delivery dates

　　must be team—oriented with good interpersonal skills and abilities to communicate effectively both orally and in writing，cet 4 or above。
